We work tirelessly throughout the day of your event, often from the morning or afternoon before it starts to ensure our roasts have the hours needed to properly cook to a perfect level. As guests arrive we can aid with welcoming them in with either welcome canapes or drinks (or both of course), or we can remain in the background until serving at which point we can continue to aid with serving your buffet direct to guests, or if it is table service our team will move efficiently around every table to get everyone served on time.

Our chefs have all the ability in the world, but our roasting capabilities would mean very little without the meats and foods to match. We try where we can to shop local, picking only the best of the best from top end fresh stocks. These higher-grade meats are noticeable in every bite, they allow us to get the most out of our roasting capabilities and that quality always comes through.

At your events we also love to make everything fresh from scratch too. You won’t find Hog Roast Accrington cutting corners; guests are so often amazed by our many side accompaniments, salads, canapés, etc, because they are all prepared fresh on site at your event. Again that fresh style of preparation does come through in every bite, ensuring food is at its best potential when served fresh and giving customers a better eating experience. Our meat roasts tend to take from 4-6 hours during which time our chefs are continually hard at work preparing everything else for guest arrival and service time. The result? A perfect, fresh menu of the utmost deliciousness!
